I have managed teams that provide service and solutions as a package based on solid methodologies, such as ITIL. I have helped companies bring IT closer to their user base. I enjoy liaising with HQ on setting standards and building up IT Teams. Finding the "vision" within a team and guiding them down that path of improving customer (user) satisfaction. I work with ITIL Process as a guideline; Service Desk; Service Catalogue; O365; AGIL within infra; regulatory processes such as SOX and Projects within IT Operations and Infrastructure.
I am fluent in Swedish and use my international experience in a Swedish IT environment, helping both foreign subsidiaries in Sweden and Swedish branches abroad to communicate and work together.
